Position SummaryMicro-Mode Products is seeking a full-time Seal Lab Assembler to join our team in El Cajon, CA. This role is responsible for assembling glass-to-metal seals and other hermetic products in accordance with customer specifications, playing a key role in ensuring product quality and reliability.Essential ResponsibilitiesAssemble and process glass-to-metal seals and hermetic componentsMonitor production quality to ensure compliance with engineering drawingsInspect and maintain tools and fixtures for proper form, fit, and functionIdentify and report equipment issues to the supervisorPerform additional tasks as assigned by the Seal Lab ManagerPosition RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detailGood hand-eye coordination and fine motor skillsPrior experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plusEqual Pay Act StatementWe aim to pay our 'ITT'ers' fairly and competitively in the locations that they live and work.
