Sealers - 2nd Shift - MR FinalJob Title: Sealer – 2nd Shift Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Kings Mountain, NC Pay: $21.60 per hour Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AMJob SummaryWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Sealers to join a leading manufacturing facility in Kings Mountain, NC. The Sealer is responsible for applying industrial sealants, adhesives, and coatings to vehicle bodies and components to help ensure they are watertight, weatherproof, and protected against rust and corrosion. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking for full-time, 2nd-shift work with a Monday–Thursday schedule. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesApply industrial sealants, adhesives, and coatings to vehicle bodies and componentsWork within the assembly or paint shop according to production requirementsEnsure sealed areas are properly covered and meet quality standardsInspect completed work for proper coverage, consistency, and qualityFollow work instructions, production procedures, and safety guidelinesUse hand tools and equipment as required to complete sealing applicationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaIdentify and report quality issues or equipment concernsWork efficiently to meet daily production goalsFollow all company safety and quality proceduresRequired QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, assembly, painting, sealing, or automotive experience preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to follow detailed work instructions and safety proceduresAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 50 poundsReliable attendance and dependable transportationMust have steel-toe shoesPreferred QualificationsAutomotive or vehicle manufacturing experienceExperience applying sealants, adhesives, caulking, or coatingsAssembly or paint shop experienceExperience working with hand toolsPrevious production manufacturing experienceCore CompetenciesIndustrial Sealing, Sealant Application, Adhesives, Automotive Manufacturing, Assembly, Paint Shop, Quality Inspection, Attention to Detail, Safety Compliance, Production Standards, Hand Tools, Teamwork, Reliability, Time Management.
