Seam Sealer Operator – 1st Shift | $16.00/hrWe're hiring a Seam Sealer Operator for a growing production team in Asheville, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys hands-on work. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pmWhat You'll Do:Operate seam sealing equipment following all quality and safety proceduresEnsure seams are properly sealed with no puckers or defectsMake repairs as needed or directed by supervisorsInspect products to ensure quality standards are metCommunicate any issues with product or equipmentAssist team members as neededWhat We're Looking For:Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordinationAbility to sit for extended periods (up to 10 hours)Comfortable using hands and upper body strength to handle materialsTeam player who can also work independentlyAbility to follow instructions and maintain quality standardsWillingness to work overtime as neededPreferred:Previous manufacturing experience (not required)If you're looking for a steady 1st shift schedule and a team-focused environment, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door.Apply today, we'd love to connect with you!
