Seamstress Position at The CitadelThe Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina is accepting applications for a Seamstress. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of industrial sewing machines, hand sewing techniques, and the ability to install patches, recondition uniforms, and perform alterations.Responsibilities include:Performing alterations on trousers, changes on coats to include adjusting sleeves, replacing collars, and sewing on buttons, hooks, rank chevrons and class stripes.Assisting with mending tears and rips in clothing.
