Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Salem, VA to support the Store Manager with staffing, set‑up, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help maintain Guest Services, develop staff, and oversee store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
Ideal candidates have prior retail management experience, are 18+, have a flexible schedule, and can stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
