Spirit Halloween in New York is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The role focuses on guest services, staff development, and maintaining profitability through merchandising and inventory control.
The position requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures and lift up to 50 pounds.
