Job description
Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and the seasonal store operations.
You will help develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and ensure guest services and inventory are optimized to maximize sales and profitability. Requires 18+ and prior retail management experience; flexible schedule and ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs are required.
