Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help drive sales and profitability by delivering exceptional guest service and managing staff to meet merchandising and inventory goals.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Seasonal programs and premium pay may apply.
