Job description
Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Richardson, Alabama, to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown for a Seasonal Store. You will help ensure guest services excellence and drive sales and profitability through staff development and inventory control.
The role requires prior retail management experience, availability for a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50
