Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Seasonal Store in Alabama. You will support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown, while ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive hourly pay and premium programs are offered.
