Seasonal Position Details
Position Type : Seasonal / Range of Pay is $15-$16 an hour
Assignment Dates: Immediate start through early January
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available, including holiday and peak-season schedules as needed
Seasonal Sales Associate : Operating hours are from 9am to 9pm - Please review this short video for more details about this position. ( Production Associate : Must be 18 years or older - Operating hours are from 9am to 6pm - Please review this short video for more details about this position. ( Assist the Management team with either register transactions or sorting donations.
* Maintain customer service standards in order to provide a pleasant shopping experience for each customer.
* Meet daily or weekly production goals.
* Assist staff in stocking shelves and clothing racks, or price and prepare/organize donations for the store floor.
* Assist the Management team in the building of the team, by being an example of revealing Christ to all staff, donors, and customers.
* Assist the team by living out our Mission to Reveal, Tell, & Provide, as well as carrying out our Core Values of being Trustworthy, Team-Minded, and Teachable.
Skills & Requirements
* Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with an excellent command of the English language.
* Must have a commitment to KARM Stores mission and mission statement.
* Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
* Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form
* Stand up to 100% of a standard work day.
* Lifting and Bending up to 75% of a standard work day.
* Moderate to heavy physical activity. This position may require frequent strenuous activity. The ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential for job performance.
