The Seasonal Sales Associate is a temporary role meant to support the needs of the store during peak seasons.What We Offer40% Associate DiscountFree Mental Health (EAP) benefits for you and those who live with youFree ProductFlexible ScheduleCompetitive PayKey Responsibilities:When assigned to the sales floor:Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customersProactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectivelyProvides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questionsConverting returns, offers and other promotions into larger salesWhen assigned to the cash wrap:Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficientlyReinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages purchase of additional itemsRecovers cash wrap selling zone and "go-backs"When assigned to processing and replenishment:Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standardsReplenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floorAssists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets, and mark out of stockWhen assigned to floorset activity:Executes floorset proficientlyUnderstands and adheres to brand standardsAssists with maintenance of back room and under stockAll associate roles at Victoria's Secret are responsible for:Driving top line store sales results and growing the businessMaintaining focus on bras as the premier product differentiatorPreparing for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and proceduresRecovering and replenishing merchandiseUnderstanding and adhering to visual merchandising standardsAssisting in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issuesBuilding awareness and skills in loss preventionSupporting store strategy to reduce shrinkProviding a safe working environmentDemonstrating Company valuesBuilding loyalty through the Rewards ProgramThis role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, walking and prolonged standing as part of your daily tasksMinimum Salary: $16.00Maximum Salary: $19.25VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.
