Job description

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a Certified Dog Handler Specialist to operate as a Level A avalanche rescue K9 team on the mountain. You will care for, transport, and train the K9 while on duty, reporting to Patrol leadership and Avalanche Mitigation Managers.

The role is non-supervisory and part of the Solitude Mountain Patrol union; candidates must meet Wasatch Backcountry Rescue standards and coordinate with a Secondary Handler. A2 status or higher is required.
