Job description
See’s Candies in the United States seeks a Retail Shop Manager to lead a dedicated team, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee all shop operations in line with See’s guidelines and values.
You will recruit and develop staff, manage schedules, handle cash and banking, monitor expenses, ensure compliance with policies and safety, and maintain merchandising standards. Flexible weekend/holiday availability is required.
