Job description
See's Candies in Austin, TX is seeking a Retail Shop Manager to lead a dedicated team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service in our See's Candies shop.
You will implement company policies, train staff, manage scheduling and payroll, and maintain store operations in line with See's guidelines. The role requires at least 3 years of retail management, a passion for service, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.
