Job description
Michaels is seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Associate to deliver friendly service, assist customers in finding products, and ensure a fast, efficient checkout. You will participate in store operations, support the rewards program, and help maintain a well-organized shopping environment.
Ideal candidates have a positive attitude with retail or customer service experience, and are able to stand for long periods while assisting guests during nights, weekends, and early mornings.
