Job description
Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital in Florida is seeking a licensed Direct Patient Care RN for the Seasonal Nursing Pool. The role requires 2 years of Med Surg Tele RN experience, active FL RN licensure with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP where applicable, and flexible float duties.
The position involves three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend, with no PTO accrual during the contract period. It is an on-site, seasonal arrangement within Baptist Health South Florida’s Nursing Pool.
