Dishwasher Position

Pay starts at $13-15 per hour and is dependent upon experience, skill, and assigned outlet.
Job Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for performing various food service operations tasks such as dishwashing, food preparation, and/or cleaning at any of the club's outlets. The role ensures sanitization in compliance with proper food safety and organization's standards. This role works as part of a team in a food service establishment performing tasks related to food preparation, serving, cleaning, and customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Prepares work area for daily operations by making sure the designated workstations are properly stocked and sanitized.
Achieves the high standards of quality, production, cooperation, and service set by the company for our employees, guests and customers.
Works cooperatively and effectively with peers and leadership to complete team tasks, serve as back-up for other team members as assigned and minimize customer service issues.
Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Cleans food preparation areas, work surfaces, and dining areas.
Assists in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies, ingredients, and kitchen inventory. Monitors inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies need to be replenished.
Assists in the maintenance and cleaning of the cafeteria and kitchen in compliance with all food safety and Hospitality standards of quality.
Greets customers courteously, answers questions professionally and accurately and escalates issues to leadership as necessary.
Works collaboratively with other food service staff, such as cooks, servers, and supervisors, to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service. Communicates effectively and assists team members as needed.
Job Qualifications
0 – 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage or a related field.
