*Job Overview*
The holiday entertainer's primary responsibility is to engage and perform in character for our customers, in an inviting environment for the holiday season. Perform other duties as assigned.
*Essential Functions*
* Follows Food Division Standards and Best Practices
* Be knowledgeable of environment
* Effectively deal with multiple customers
* Communicate customer requests & concerns to manager on duty
* Follow food safety standards and maintain work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards
* Maintain personal hygiene and professional dress code to comply with Food Division and Health Department standards
* Dress in costume to entertain customers while following guidelines as set by manager
*Qualifications and Competencies*
* Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
* Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
*Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform*
* Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department
* May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling and stooping
* Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
* Frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
