Saddlehill seeks a dynamic, adaptable General Manager for our farmhouse kitchen and wine tasting room operations. Our 7,000 sq ft tasting room and farm-to-table bistro has become a premier agri-tourism and culinary destination in the region.

This hands-on GM will lead both FOH and BOH, manage seasonal staffing and budgets, and drive wine sales, events, and guest experiences with an owner-operator mindset. Proficiency with OpenTable and Toast POS is required, as is leadership of 30+ staff and a
