Job description
Seasonal Food Production AssociatesWe are seeking dependable and motivated Seasonal Food Production Associates to join our team at Cheryl's manufacturing facility. In this role, you will help produce high-quality baked goods by performing a variety of production and packaging tasks in a fast-paced environment.Associates may work on different stages of the production process, including mixing ingredients, frosting and decorating baked goods, operating food production equipment, and packaging finished products for shipment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the production of cookies and other baked goodsOperate manufacturing equipment such as wire cutters, depositors, and packaging machinesMix ingredients and prepare products according to established proceduresFrost, decorate, and package baked goodsMaintain quality standards and follow food safety guidelinesKeep work areas clean and organizedWork efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while supporting team goalsPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basisAbility to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shiftFrequent repetitive use of hands and arms throughout the workdayAbility to perform physical tasks in a production settingWork EnvironmentThis position involves working with common food allergens, including:WheatSoyMilkEggsPeanutsTree NutsQualificationsPrevious manufacturing or food production experience is preferred, but not requiredAbility to work a full-time scheduleStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsEmployer contribution to 401(k)Employee discountsOpportunity to work with a collaborative team in a dynamic manufacturing environment
