Seasonal Golf Course Maintenance 2
WHITE PINES GOLF CLUB - BENSENVILLE, IL 60106
Salary Range $19.00 - $19.00 Hourly Position Type Seasonal
The "Seasonal Golf Course Maintenance 2" position is a seasonal (May – September), full-time position. Responsible for the daily maintenance and proper set-up of White Pines Golf Club.
Basic maintenance and set-up of White Pines Golf Club's golf courses and landscaped areas, including; daily mowing of turf, raking of bunkers, trash collection and general clean-up of property.
Assist in projects and improvements throughout the property.
Assist in irrigation system repairs and maintenance.
Participate in maintaining an overall clean, SAFE and efficient shop/work area(s).
Participate in the cleaning of equipment and tools.
Observe daily conditions of golf course/property/equipment and effectively communicate with supervisors.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers.
Ability to effectively understand safety signage and instructions.
General knowledge of golf and the expectation of course conditioning for guests.
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions, barring dangerous conditions.
Prior landscaping, or golf course maintenance experience required.
