Seasonal Grounds TechnicianWe are looking for a hardworking, dependable, honest, self-motivated, and mechanically minded individual to join our staff as a Seasonal Grounds Technician! The successful candidate will have strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, and a positive, upbeat, and teachable attitude.Specific job duties include:Keeps the exterior areas of apartment buildings neat by completing landscaping projects and disposing of trashMaintains the interior common areas by disposing of trash, sweeping/vacuuming as neededAssists the maintenance team with basic interior work, such as changing light bulbs and furnace filtersCalls for any major maintenance work neededSee the attached job description for all required responsibilities and skillsBenefitsThis position is great for a person desiring a full-time or part-time position over the summer months who enjoys task-driven work and can meet deadlines, and enjoys the outdoors. A reliable vehicle will be required to travel to each property daily. Your mileage is paid!This is a temporary seasonal position and will commence on or before September 30th, 2026. You must be available anytime from 7:30 AM-4:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Full or Part-Time shifts are available!
