Job description
Towne Park is searching for a Team Leader to oversee daily operations at a property with a smaller, focused team. The role supports service standards, troubleshoots issues, and coordinates teams to ensure timely guest experiences.
Under the District Manager or offsite Account Manager, you will manage coordination tasks, supervise staff, and guide daily decisions to prioritize reach and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
