Job description
Towne Park is seeking a Team Leader to manage daily operations at a property with nine or fewer GSAs and to ensure service standards are consistently met. You will work under the District Manager or offsite Account Manager to coordinate, troubleshoot, and guide the team.
You’ll lead hospitality-driven service, oversee staffing, and ensure accurate timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships and a professional team environment.
