Job description
The Residential Counselor for the Hypothermia Prevention Program in Reston, VA will help operate the shelter from December 1 through April 1. You will work as part of a shift team, ensuring safe, dignified care for shelter guests and volunteers, with a trauma-informed approach and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include opening/closing the site, coordinating food donations, guiding guests, maintaining logs, and ensuring cleanliness.
