Job description
Seasonal Line WorkerWe are looking for multiple Seasonal Line Workers at our Ripley, MN and Royalton, MN locations. The primary responsibility of R.D. Offutt Farms Seasonal Line Worker is to contribute to the farm labor and operations during harvest. Duties may involve grading potatoes, cleaning, shipping, and other duties as assigned.$15 - $18 / hour (based on experience)Compensation & Benefits:Discretionary BonusTraining and development, as well as opportunities to grow within the organizationJob Duties:Remove foreign material and non-standard product from processing equipment as directedWork the conveyor line ensuring potatoes are graded to various standards and sortedFollow tasks and directions given by crew leaderCommunicate effectively with management and other team membersAssist in the maintenance of buildings and equipment ensuring they are in appropriate conditionFollow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbookConduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of R.D.
