Overview
Exemplary Luxury Group is seeking 2-3 Contract Recruiters to support high-volume seasonal hiring for the upcoming holiday retail season. This position will focus primarily on recruiting Seasonal Sales and Operations Associates across retail store locations, with occasional support for distribution and warehouse hiring.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for high-volume retail environments and understands the fast-paced nature of seasonal store hiring.
Responsibilities
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for seasonal retail positions
Manage multiple openings simultaneously (approximately 20-30 requisitions)
Recruit for positions including:
Sales Associates
Cashiers
Greeters
Fitting Room Associates
Operational/Store Support roles
Coordinate and support hiring events
Partner with hiring managers to move candidates through the hiring process quickly
Maintain candidate pipelines and activity within recruiting systems
Support staffing needs across retail stores and, when needed, distribution center locations
Required Qualifications
At least one prior seasonal recruiting engagement or high-volume recruiting assignment
Experience recruiting for retail store environments
Experience filling hourly retail positions at scale
Workday, Phenom and Google Suite experience recquired
Must provide your own laptop and phone
