Job description
The Madison Club in La Quinta, California welcomes a Market Lead Cook to join our Culinary Department. This full-time, seasonal role from October through June leads 2–5 line cooks, prepares high-quality entrees, and maintains food safety and presentation standards.
Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring station prep, and assisting with menu development. Strong leadership and ServSafe familiarity are required for successful guest experiences.
