Loss Prevention AssociateAs Loss Prevention Associate, you will assist in Loss Prevention activities within the Distribution Center (DC). You will perform physical security, report policy and procedure violations to leadership, investigate internal theft, monitor processes, audit compliance, and perform data entry, documentation and Gatehouse operations.What You'll DoAssist in the protection of Kohl's physical, human and property assetsMonitor physical security policies and procedures of Kohl's and the Distribution CenterReport incidents of associate theft or safety violationsParticipate in internal theft investigations in strict adherence to Kohl's policies and guidelinesMonitor all Kohl's Department Store and Distribution Center safety policies and procedures and actively participate in the Distribution Center Safety CommitteePerform Distribution Center Loss Prevention audits to measure accuracyReport production fraud or short-cuts by associatesMonitor associates (via the floor and CCTV) to ensure compliance to processing guidelinesPerform data entry of all audit results and assigned informationPerform all Gatehouse operations and Gatehouse data entryAssist in store inquiriesParticipate in the training of newly hired Loss Prevention AssociatesAdditional tasks may be assignedWhat Skills You HaveRequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent and/or previous Distribution Center, Law Enforcement and/or Store Loss Prevention experienceCertification in the use of power equipment to aid in investigationsPreferredAuditing experienceWorking knowledge of software programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and PeopleSoftSpecial RequirementsMust be available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
