Job description
Baylor Scott and White Medical Center – McKinney is hiring RN for the Progressive Care Unit on a 13-week seasonal contract. Day shifts with a 1:4 patient ratio, orientation in the first week, and a $1,500 completion bonus are offered.
Eligible for shift differentials: evenings $3.50, nights $5, weekends $6; potential conversion to FT/PT/PRN after the assignment. Magnet-recognized facility with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
