Job description
Baptist Health is seeking a Tier 1 Pool Registered Nurse for a seasonal, non-procedural observation unit at Bethesda West. The per diem contract covers 7A-7:30P and requires float coverage across units while delivering patient-family centered care.
The role offers a 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week commitment, with 36 hours weekly across three 12-hour shifts and alternating weekends. Eligibility includes FL RN licensure and multiple BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications.
