Assembly – Full-TimeLocation: Thief River Falls MNPay: $19/hrSchedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts)Overtime on Fridays may be requiredProject Duration: November 25, 2026 – December 18, 2026Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring assemblers for a manufacturing client in Thief River Falls, MN.We are looking for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.Job DutiesAssemble component parts into finished products following blueprints and specificationsInspect parts and completed units for quality and accuracyUse measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and fixturesPerform basic production and assembly line workAssist with minor machine adjustments and basic equipment setup when neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow company safety and production standards at all timesQualificationsManufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not requiredAbility to read and follow instructions or blueprintsComfortable working with hand tools and production equipmentMust pass background check and pre-employment drug screening (THC does not disqualify)Reliable attendance and strong attention to detailPhysical RequirementsLift up to 30 lbs regularlyStand on concrete floors for up to 10 hours per shiftPerform repetitive bending, twisting, gripping, reaching, and liftingMust wear steel-toed boots (safety glasses provided)If you're looking for steady work with a great schedule and three-day weekends, apply today with Express Employment Professionals!
