Seasonal Production AssemblerLocation: Yuba City, CA Position Type: Seasonal Duration: Approximately 2–3 months Shift: Day Shift Pay: Minimum WagePosition OverviewA local olive oil company in Yuba City is seeking Seasonal Production Workers to assist with production, packaging, and preparation of holiday products. This is a very fast-paced production environment where employees will be expected to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and package products according to established specifications.Place olive oil products and other items into designated packaging.Wrap, package, and label completed products.Inspect finished products for quality and presentation.Perform repetitive assembly and packaging tasks at a fast pace.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.Follow all company safety and quality procedures.QualificationsAbility to work in a very fast-paced production environment.Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Reliable and dependable with good attendance.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Previous production, packaging, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus but not required.Physical RequirementsMust be able to stand for long periods throughout the shift.Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.Ability to lift and move products and completed packages as needed.Ability to maintain a consistent pace while ensuring accuracy and quality.
