Job description
Bakery Production AssistantAssist with bakery production as needed, seasonally.Hours:Part timeDays vary Monday - SaturdayShifts vary based on production needsJob Duties:Assist with production and packaging of seasonal products as neededStack packaged product on skids/palletsFold and prepare product and shipping boxes/containersFollow all cleaning activities on the Master Cleaning Schedule in a timely mannerEnsure work and quality standards are met on a daily basisComply with Good Manufacturing PracticesComply with Busken Employee handbookAbide by the Busken PromiseCarry out other duties as assigned by leadershipQualifications:Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a consistent basisStrong math skillsAbility to repeat the same physical activities, such as standing, stooping/bending, lifting and twisting for 8 or more hours at a timeAvailable to work afternoons and weekendsAbility to handle exposure to very hot or cold temperaturesStrong verbal communication skillsSelf motivated, going from one task to the other without being given directionCompensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hourWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
