Job description
The Vermont Country Store is seeking seasonal Customer Service Representatives to help customers find products from our catalog or online store. Many roles offer remote work from Vermont, with some in our Rutland call center.
Training provided, equipment supplied for remote staff, and flexible hours during peak seasons. Responsibilities include answering calls, handling orders, answering product questions, and building relationships with customers.
