Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Seasonal Store in Fredericksburg, CA. You will support staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
The role requires prior retail management experience, 18+ age, and a flexible schedule. Expect 8+ hours standing, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
