Newell Brands’ Yankee Candle in Lake Grove, NY is seeking a Seasonal 2nd Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and achieving top-line sales.
You will help build a high-performing team, coach staff, manage store operations, visual standards, and contribute to safe, welcoming shopping environments. Availability on weekends/holidays is required.
