Job description
Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking qualified Direct Patient Care Registered Nurses for its Seasonal Nursing Pool. The role requires an ASN and FL RN licensure, with active BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable, and allows float to all hospital areas as needed.
Shifts are 12 hours; candidates commit to 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week terms with a 36-hour weekly schedule. Seasonal staff are not eligible for standard benefits or PTO, reflecting the temporary nature of the pool assignment.
