About This Role
The Seasonal RN Program in ICU/CCU at Kaiser Permanente provides professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are flexible and committed to delivering quality patient care.

What You'll Do
Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
Act as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to new employees and team members.
Organize work to minimize the use of overtime.
Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
Requirements
Education:
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
1+ years recent experience in ICU/CCU or equivalent acute care setting
Licenses & Certifications:
Current CA RN License
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
PALS preferred
