About This Role
The Seasonal RN Program at Kaiser Permanente involves providing professional nursing care as a leader of the healthcare team, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced RNs who are flexible and committed to delivering quality patient care.

Pay: $67 - $71/hour
Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Full Time
What You'll Do
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures and applicable laws.
Serve as a leader of the healthcare team; delegate tasks appropriately.
Understand own and team members' scope of practice and elevate issues as appropriate.
Develop and/or contribute to individualized plans of care.
Monitor patients' progress based on the care plan.
Ensure effective development and completion of discharge plans.
Ensure patient safety related to medications and procedures.
Document accurately and legibly, reflecting nursing processes and interventions.
Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and healthcare team members.
Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality.
Education
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience
Experienced level required
Licenses & Certifications
Current RN License in California
