Deckers Brands’ UGG store in Bloomington is seeking a Sales Lead who will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience and help drive store performance. You’ll guide customers with product knowledge, promote brand initiatives, and role-model service standards across the team.

You’ll also manage cash, inventory, merchandising, and store operations while maintaining a positive, inclusive environment that motivates colleagues and strengthens customer loyalty.
