Job description
Marriott is seeking a Seasonal PM Server to deliver exceptional evening dining experiences in our hotel restaurant or lounge. In this role, you’ll warmly welcome guests, present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about ingredients and allergens. You’ll take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and serve items promptly, ensuring correct presentation and quality. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized section, resetting tables, and completing side work, while following all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines. You’ll collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to provide seamless service and support closing duties such as restocking and preparing for the next shift.
