See's Candies in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Retail Shop Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused team in our beloved See's Candies shop. You will drive daily sales, ensure top-notch service, and oversee all store operations in line with See's standards and values.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of retail management experience, proven coaching ability, strong cash handling, and excellent communication.
