The Seasonal Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in our airport location.Opening available at the following branch location:3400 E Tahquitz Canyon Way. Palm Springs, CA 92262 at the Palm Springs Airport.Seasonal employees may work up to 180 days max starting as early as October 22nd, 2026 through April 20th, 2027.This is a full time position with a starting rate of pay $22.00 based on a 40 hour workweek.Apart from religious observances, must have open availability and be able to work full time (40 hours/week) days, nights, weekends & holidays required.Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, owning and operating the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands through its integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries. Responsibilities include:Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other business partnersProvide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other servicesMay sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentNotify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenancePerform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billingPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assignedMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctualityQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldThis position requires a valid Driver's LicenseHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredMinimum of 1 year customer service or sales experienceMust be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position, now or in the futureMust have open availability. Apart from religious observances, must be available to work 40 hours/week and able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by, and consistent with, applicable law.
