Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all operational aspects of a seasonal store. This includes staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown tasks to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
The role demands physical endurance with 8+ hours of standing and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have prior retail management experience. Flexibility in scheduling is also necessary.
