Job description
A seasonal retail store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in various operational tasks including staffing, setup, and merchandising. Key responsibilities include maximizing sales and profitability while managing guest services, controlling expenses, and handling inventory. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with prior retail management experience, and must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds. Flexible scheduling is required.
