Job description
Spirit Halloween in East Brunswick, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager across staffing, setup, merchandising, and seasonal store teardown. You will help manage guest services, drive sales, develop staff, and monitor expenses and inventory control.
Required are prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand and move for 8+ hours, including lifting up to 50 pounds. This role offers hourly pay and NJ benefits as described.
