Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Richland, WA to support the Store Manager with staffing, setup, merchandising, and pack-up of a Seasonal Store. You will help ensure guest services, staff development, and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability.
The role requires a flexible schedule, 18+ age, and the physical ability to stand/walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
