Job description
Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing staffing and store operations. Responsibilities include ensuring maximum sales/profitability through excellent guest services, as well as managing expenses and inventory effectively.
The role requires prior retail management experience and a flexible schedule. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks demanding 8+ hours of standing and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
